Caragiale’, Bucharest, ‘Ovidius’ University of Constanța, ‘Ștefan cel Mare’ University of Suceava, Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine ‘King Michael I of Romania’ from Timișoara, University of Life Sciences ‘Ion Ionescu de la Brad’ Iași, and National University of Arts ‘George Enescu’, Iași implements the project ‘PROGRAM FOR INCREASING PERFORMANCE AND INNOVATION IN EXCELLENCE DOCTORAL AND POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH’ (PROINVENT), SMIS code 153299, co-financed from the European Social Fund through the HUMAN CAPITAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAM, Priority Axis 6 – Education and skills; Investment Priority – 10.iv. improving the usefulness of education and training systems for the labor market, facilitating the transition from education to work and strengthening education and vocational training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating skills, adapting curricula and creating and developing work-based learning systems, including dual learning and apprenticeship systems; POCU/993/6/13 Project Call ‘Support for PhD students and post-doctoral researchers’.
Specific Objective: O.S.6.13. Increasing the number of higher education graduates (university and non-university) who find employment following access to learning activities at a potential workplace / research / innovation, with emphasis on competitive economic sectors identified according to the SNC and smart specialization areas according to SNCDI.
The general objective of the project aims to increase the number of higher education graduates (university and non-university) who find employment following access to learning activities at a potential workplace / research / innovation, with emphasis on competitive economic sectors identified according to the SNC and smart specialization areas according to SNCDI. The target group consists of 86 PhD students and 29 post-doctoral researchers (selected in two stages).
The expected results will aim to achieve the realization indicators and immediate result indicators provided in the Applicant’s Guide – Specific Conditions – Support for PhD students and post-doctoral researchers.
